This prevents loss of the refund should it be lost during the shipping process. However, should a problem arise, please submit a warranty claim per the information below.
ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY
Thank you for your purchase of the Dengi Hair Iron. DG offers a one (1) year warranty, from the date of purchase, if your product is defective due to workmanship or materials.
About the Warranty: The DG warranty does NOT cover any of the following: any steel parts, plastic parts or flex cord; any damage to the Dengi caused by negligence, misuse, tampering or alteration; failure to follow safety, operation, maintenance instructions or the Owner’s Manual; a Dengi purchased through an internet auction site, internet sales not through an authorized retailer; a Dengi purchased through any unauthorized retailer, A Dengi with any alteration or showing removal of the product’s model number or identifying marks or packaging; or to normal wear and tear.
How to Make a Warranty Claim: You MUST have your original receipt with the date and place of purchase. Contact DG’s Customer Service at 855-805-7570 concerning questions about your Dengi products or the warranty process.
Include the Following With Your Claim: (1) your Dengi Hair Iron product; (2) the Warranty Form from the website or the product insert booklet completed stating the problem, including your name and contact information; (3) the original receipt with time and place of purchase; and (4) Mail contents to Dengi Global, Attn: Warranty/Customer Service to the address provided at the bottom of the form or follow the instructions here. Print 1-copy of the Dengi Warranty Form for your records and place 1-copy in the box with the Dengi Product to be returned to Dengi Global Warranty.
DG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages with Dengi products sent to DG. The consumer is responsible for shipping and tracking his/her warranty claim. It is recommended the customer track their product with the shipper for secure shipping and documentation of the return including a tracking number and insurance for the value of the Dengi Hair Iron.
Legal Disclosure: This one year (1) limited warranty provides the consumer with specific legal rights. Other legal rights vary from state to state, which may or may not apply to consumers. DG is NOT liable for any damages, consequential or incidental, arising out of the installation, use or operation of its products or breach of its warranty, express or implied.
